Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Call Center Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns. You will engage with consumers through an automatic dialer, explain the reason for the call, qualify questions, handle objections, and connect interested consumers with the appropriate sales representative for live transfers.

This is a performance-focused role where you will not complete the final sale but must gain attention quickly, keep conversations

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of recent outbound calling or telesales experience.
• Experience making high-volume calls with an automatic dialer.
• Proven ability to handle objections and move conversations forward.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, or sales targets.
• Strong spoken English and clear telephone communication.
• Able to stay calm and professional with difficult consumers.
• Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions, and follow-up records.
• Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and confident call openings.
• Ask campaign qualification questions.
• Respond to rejection, suspicion, and common objections.
• Build enough interest and trust to move qualified consumers forward.
• Secure permission for warm or live transfers.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving sales representative.
• Enter accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Respect opt-out requests and campaign requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
