Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead gen.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Ability to meet call/transfer/sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the program and qualify owners quickly.
• Skillfully handle objections and secure live transfers.
• Record call notes and dispositions in the CRM.
• Follow scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
