Job summary

Royal York Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Appointment Setter to connect with residential property owners about the rental-guarantee program. This is a fully remote, full-time role aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

You will call owner leads via an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and push qualified contacts to a Royal York sales representative for warm or live transfers. Final sales are not completed by you.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, or live transfers.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and program value.
• Respond to price/timing/trust objections.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales rep.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments as needed.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.
