Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in appointment setting or outbound sales.

• Ability to qualify prospects before scheduling or transferring.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience working toward transfer or appointment targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Explain Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm property details and occupancy status.
• Handle objections regarding price or timing and move to transfers.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when required.
• Record notes, outcomes, and dispositions; follow scripts.
