Job summary

Duo Tax Quantity Surveyors Pty Ltd is hiring for a remote Independent Contractor role to support its Australian account. The position offers 100% work-from-home with a 2-year contract and clearly defined day shifts, based in Metro Manila.

You will engage in sales activities, outreach, and relationship building with clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in sales/real estate or finance, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate or finance.
• Residing in Metro Manila (NCR) with 100% WFH setup.
• Own computer with Windows 11, no MacBooks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build effective sales to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct up to 100 client cold calls daily and negotiate professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to develop solutions for clients.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
