Ideal candidates excel in outbound outreach, relationship-building, and working independently in a remote setting. Prior experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Qualify leads and identify career goals, challenges, and educational needs.
• Schedule consultations and guide prospects through enrollment journey.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
