Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives to promote the rental-guarantee program to property owners. You will contact owner leads via a dialer, qualify prospects, and connect them with a sales representative for a live transfer.

You will not finalize approvals; your main goal is qualified live transfers. The role requires full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound call centre or telesales experience.
• Experience using automated or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call/transfer/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical/excited property owners.
• Strong listening skills and adaptive responses.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear, professional call openings and introductions.
• Explain the program and confirm qualifications.
• Record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.
