BruntWork is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative for Digital Marketing Services. The role leads outbound lead generation and cold calling, introducing social media, SEO, website building, and paid ads solutions to prospective clients.

A proven track record in outbound sales and agency-style selling is essential; familiarity with CRMs and remote tools is required. You will join an ambitious, remote-first team with growth opportunities as the company scales its client base and sales process.

Qualifications

Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling and lead generation.
Experience selling digital marketing services or agency solutions.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills; telephone Manner.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
Familiar with CRMs, dialers and remote tools.
Bonus for scaling early-stage outbound sales operations.
Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

Execute cold calling and outbound prospecting from scratch to build a predictable sales pipeline.
Pitch AI-powered digital marketing services including social media, SEO, and website building.
Present a fixed-fee pricing of $299 per month per service to prospects.
Conduct outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and telephony systems like 3CX.
Schedule check-ins with existing clients to drive upsell and renewals.
Track daily outbound calls, connection rates and pipeline metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging and processes.
