Job summary

Workforce Optimizer - AI Enabled WFM is hiring a remote, full-time outbound marketer. The role targets named accounts across ANZ, Japan, US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, building a robust pipeline and optimizing outreach with AI-driven insights.

You will manage multi-touch sequences with HubSpot and Apollo.io, support market research and event-led demand generation, and steadily qualify opportunities while maintaining CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication across markets.
• 1–2 years outbound prospecting across multiple developed markets.
• Genuine, demonstrable use of AI to research accounts or personalize outreach.
• Working knowledge of CRM and outbound/enrichment tools; quick to adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Outbound pipeline generation across named accounts in ANZ, Japan, US, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Multi-touch sequencing via call, email, and LinkedIn; personalize to pain points.
• Qualify prospects against MEDDPICC criteria before booking meetings.
• CRM hygiene: maintain HubSpot activity, contacts and account notes.
