Aces Business Process Outsourcing is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to reach targets by cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies, while clearly conveying product benefits to potential customers.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, and close deals. The role offers paid training, weekend time off, flexible work arrangements (onsite, hybrid, remote) and a strong commission plan with uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Capacity to grasp customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass expected sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Clearly convey the advantages of clients' products or services to potential customers.
• Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospects to gain insight into their needs and offer suitable offers.
• Availability to work under Eastern Time or Graveyard shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
