Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a versatile Cold Email Infrastructure & Growth Marketing Specialist to build and manage our outbound engine while supporting broader marketing initiatives. You will own the cold outreach infrastructure from scratch, selecting the tech stack, configuring domains and SMTPs, and creating high-converting sequences with the Head of Sales.

This is a remote, part-time role at 20 hours/week, with additional marketing contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up cold outreach systems from scratch with deliverability focus.
• Proven ability to write persuasive outbound copy and build lead-nurturing funnels.
• Ability to evaluate tools and stack decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain cold outreach infrastructure including SMTPs, IPs, domains.
• Develop automated email funnels and perform A/B testing against goals.
• Support paid and organic growth channels as needed (SEO, GEO, ads, design).
