Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing snack brand with retail traction. You will manage lead lists in Google Sheets, monitor automated email sequences, respond to replies, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.

This is an email-first outbound role with no cold calling, and it offers a 100% remote setup. Availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern Time is expected, with bi-monthly USD

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales or SDR roles.
• Strong written English with personalized outreach ability.
• Comfortable with automated outbound systems and tracking performance.
• Experience logging activity and pipeline updates in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Highly organized with ability to manage high volumes of leads and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and outbound email operations: add qualified leads, monitor sends, follow up promptly.
• Account follow-up and reactivation: re-engage inactive accounts and support reorders.
• CRM and pipeline management: log outreach activity and maintain clean CRM data; hit daily/monthly targets.
