Job summary

MyOutDesk is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to drive growth by engaging with prospective clients across international markets, understanding their business needs, and introducing solutions that help them achieve their goals.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while working remotely to support U.S.-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, sales, marketing or communications.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience supporting U.S.-based clients in BPO/outsourcing/remote services.
• Demonstrated success meeting KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and consultative selling skills with U.S. clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across international markets through outbound and inbound sales.
• Build and maintain relationships by understanding client objectives and challenges.
• Present solutions aligned with each client's needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to support lead generation.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and follow-up communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge.
