Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter to contact property owners about its rental-guarantee program. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, explain the program, and secure warm transfers to a sales representative during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

You must qualify prospects, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM notes. This remote, full-time role offers an annual compensation range of CAD 40,000–CAD 50,000 with performance targets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical owners.
• Accurate CRM, call-notes, and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer and reach property owners quickly.
• Explain the rental-guarantee program and gather qualification details.
• Handle objections and move qualified owners to transfers to a sales rep.
• Record accurate notes and dispositions in the CRM.
• Meet hourly and daily transfer or appointment targets.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments as needed.
• Support compliance with campaign scripts and opt-out rules.
