Hammerjack Pty Ltd is hiring an outbound appointment setter to drive qualified conversations for HVAC marketing & AI services. You’ll follow up leads via SMS, email, and DMs, qualify prospects, and book calls through GoHighLevel scheduling.

You will work remotely with a fast-paced team, meet weekly booking KPIs, and leverage tools like GHL, Zoom, and WAVV Dialer to scale outreach for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support.
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
• Bonus if you've worked in high ticket sales, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads via SMS, email, and DMs.
• Qualify prospects using scripts and frameworks.
• Book calls directly through GoHighLevel scheduling.
• Manage pipelines and lead lists inside GHL.
• Use WAVV Dialer for outbound calls & follow-ups.
• Hit weekly booking and performance KPIs.
