Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time, fully remote specialist to manage GoHighLevel CRM, automations, and SEO-driven marketing efforts. You will implement AI-driven workflows and support WordPress updates while collaborating with the founder on internal process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in GoHighLevel, strong English communication, and a proactive, independent work style in a remote setup. This role offers flexible hours aligned to UK time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using GoHighLevel for CRM, automations and lead handling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT and automation workflows (Zapier/Make).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and updating WordPress sites.
• Independent, proactive, and able to communicate clearly in English in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of GoHighLevel CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
• Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve lead handling.
• Integrate Claude AI and other AI tools into processes to improve efficiency.
• Support AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives.
• Manage and update the company website ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Implement and improve SEO across key pages for organic lead generation.
• Support paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate internal systems.
• Work directly with the founder to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Provide clear, consistent updates on progress and improvements.
