• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact a provided list of financial advisors via phone and email.
• Use approved scripts and tailor messaging where appropriate.
• Schedule and confirm 15-minute calls, coordinating calendars efficiently.
• Track communication and appointment activity using CRM or scheduling tools.
• Provide regular updates on outreach progress and appointments set.
• Represent the company professionally in all client-facing communication.
