Qualifications

• Experience in outbound cold calling and setting appointments.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently.
• Comfortable with high daily outbound call volumes.
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to home service businesses from a provided lead database.
• Set qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner.
• Follow call scripts and objection-handling prompts consistently.
• Log call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules in the lead platform.
• Maintain daily call volume and manage high-volume outbound calling.
• Communicate prospect feedback and objections to the team.
• Maintain accurate records to support performance tracking.
