MicroSourcing seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to guide customers through accounts and orders, advise on eyewear, and resolve issues. You will use Salesforce Service Cloud to log interactions and monitor orders, working remotely with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM.
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or optics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through account creation, online navigation, and order placement in French and English.
• Provide expert advice on frame styling, lens selection, and prescription interpretation.
• Verify prescription accuracy and check real-time product inventory to suggest alternatives.
• Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds following procedures.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and tracking information professionally to manage client expectations.
• Maintain complete and confidential customer interaction records in Salesforce Service Cloud.
