Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our remote support team. You will assist customers with frame styles, lens options, and processing orders while ensuring accuracy of prescriptions.

Key responsibilities include verifying vision prescriptions, answering order questions, handling exchanges and refunds, and logging interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud. Strong communication and data security mindset are essential.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills for customer support.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud is a must.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior work experience in a retail optical shop, optometry clinic, or eyewear brand.
• Strong attention to detail when checking prescription numbers (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, PD).
• Experience with online store ordering, returns, and shipping tracking systems.
• Ability to speak and write in more than one language
