Job summary

Innovative tour operator is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide cross-functional operational support across the Operations department, helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.

This foundation-level role develops broad operational knowledge while supporting day-to-day activities such as Fulfillment, Inventory, Supplier, Ticketing, Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operations, customer service, logistics, travel or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proactive learning and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across multiple functions within Operations.
• Support Fulfillment and Inventory activities with established procedures.
• Assist with recurring operational workflows within timelines.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify issues or risks and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Product and others.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple teams.
