Multiplymii LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale remote US staffing and offshore teams from the Philippines, fostering a growth-minded culture and high performance across the organization.

You will mentor managers, collaborate with the CEO to translate vision into actionable growth plans, and serve as the Philippine team advocate, ensuring engagement and alignment with client commitments. This role emphasizes process improvement and people development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling remote teams in operations or related fields.
• Strong focus on people development, culture preservation, and employee engagement.
• Excellent organization with multi-priority management skills.
• Experience in change management and workflow optimization.
• High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive situations.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable with US–Philippine hybrid work models and PST overlap.
• Background in boutique/startup environments, avoiding rigid corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and senior staff with focus on culture and growth.
• Partner with the CEO to translate vision into actionable growth plans.
• Advocate for the Philippine team, ensuring communication and engagement.
• Oversee workflows and ensure effective use of ClickUp for client deliverables.
• Drive change management by introducing new processes and tech with minimal disruption.
• Identify talent and create clear pathways for leadership development.
• Ensure client expectations are met while maintaining staff wellbeing.
• Collaborate with HR on escalated matters and performance management.
