Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounting Manager in Metro Manila that can lead core accounting functions, 包含 billing, AP supervision, collections, payroll compliance and cash reconciliations. This role supports month-end close and financial reporting in a remote work setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple accounts, and ensure accuracy in payroll and subcontractor insurance coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-up tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort working with internal systems, CRMs, and spreadsheet/reporting tools.
• Ability to problem-solve across teams and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Billing: coordinate with Operating Divisions, track contracts, report renewals and billing controls.
• AP supervision: oversee credit card procedures and vendor setup in BuildOps.
• Collections supervision: work with Collections Specialist to follow up on invoices and generate statements.
• Compliance & subcontractor coordination: payroll compliance, subcontractor insurance, respond to insurance requests.
• Cash management & reconciliations: daily ACH/Credit card entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Month-end accounting: reconciliations for notes payable, fixed assets, inventory, vendor statements, close process.
• Reporting: assist in preparing management reports.
