Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee offshore accounting operations from the Philippines. You will drive efficiency, quality of service, and process improvements while developing managers and senior staff, especially in the Philippine-based team.

The ideal candidate is warm, hands-on, and capable of serving as a strategic partner to the client in a fast-paced, growing environment, with strong English communication and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in offshore/accounting/technical services environments.
• Experience leading remote teams across multiple departments.
• Strong strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with US and Philippine teams.
• Warm, approachable, and people-oriented leadership style.
• Ability to work collaboratively without rigid hierarchy and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with focus on service delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Develop and improve processes, systems, and workflows for productivity and scalability.
• Partner with CEO/leadership on growth, team development, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop managers and senior staff, focusing on engagement and culture.
• Oversee cross-functional operations, monitor KPIs, and optimize resources.
• Support change management and technology adoption across teams.
