Job summary

MyCareer+ in Manila is seeking an Offshore Delivery Manager for PH Accounting to lead a high-performing delivery operation serving US-based clients.

You will own staffing, capacity planning, and quality standards, building training infrastructure and SOPs while guiding hiring decisions and developing team members for future leadership roles. The 12-month goal is to expand engagements while maintaining strong utilization and first-pass quality.

Qualifications

• Senior accounting leader with US GAAP experience.
• Experience managing a multi-employee accounting delivery team.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing and capacity for all engagements and optimize utilization.
• Establish quality standards and document processes (SOPs).
• Lead hiring decisions and build onboarding/training programs.
• Ensure 30-day time-to-billable for new hires and reduce attrition.
• Support multi-US client engagements from PH delivery hub.
