Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience in financial management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore finance operations including AP/AR, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Monitor SLAs, drive process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Lead and coach a finance team to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues.
