Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Philippine operations focusing on accounting and financial services. You will lead supervisors and teams handling bill pay, reconciliations, and month-end processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established standards.

The role requires deep understanding of accounting operations, risk management, and process improvement, with close collaboration to U.S. leadership and adoption of automation tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting, financial ops, shared services, or related fields.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience including supervisors or leads.
• Solid knowledge of reconciliations, month-end accounting, and financial statements.
• Experience with KPI tracking, productivity, quality, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Philippine supervisors and team leaders.
• Oversee daily workload, staffing, capacity, and service levels.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, timeliness, quality, errors, and rework.
• Ensure reconciliations, accounting work, financial statements, and bill-pay support meet standards.
• Enforce SOPs, controls, approvals, and escalations.
• Identify operational problems early and drive resolutions.
• Improve processes, handoffs, training, and accountability across teams.
• Address employee performance issues and develop high performers.
• Coordinate with U.S. operations and accounting leadership.
• Lead adoption of technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
