Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead the offshore finance operations team. The role focuses on AP/AR, cash application, reconciliations, and tax support, with strong emphasis on automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You will coordinate with the U.S. controllership team, establish daily to monthly operating rhythms, and drive offshore scalability while ensuring accuracy and timely close. Hybrid work in Ortigas, Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6+ years in accounting operations, finance operations, or offshore delivery.
2+ years in people leadership or supervisory roles.
Experience with SLA-driven processes, controls, and escalation procedures.
Operational accounting leadership with offshore delivery focus.

Responsibilities

Lead offshore finance ops team including AP/AR, cash application, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with US controllership and drive automation and AI use to scale offshore delivery.
Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, aging queues, and SLAs.
Coach team, manage workload, and ensure process improvements.
