Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field is required.
• 4+ years in Account/Client Success management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with offshore staffing agencies serving US clients preferred.
• Experience in construction or home services is a plus.
• Proficient with ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Strong English communication and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements.
• Prepare sales documents, proposals, and client materials.
• Manage client journey from onboarding to successful integration.
• Serve as main client contact for concerns, requests, and follow-ups.
• Set success metrics and monitor client and team performance.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and Philippine team to track progress.
