Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or data entry, strong English communication, and comfort working independently in a remote environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position with a growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in operations, admin, or data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven track record of accurate data entry and reviews.
• Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Ability to double-check own work.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions.
• Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
• Review data and records to catch errors before they become problems.
• Work extensively in Google Sheets, building and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Support the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows.
