Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Operations Analyst to support a health-tech platform with a focus on tracking, QA, coordination, and client communication. You’ll manage internal trackers, ensure steps stay in order, and keep systems clean across multiple workflows.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle many parallel tasks while communicating clearly with brands and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in operations, coordination, QA, or analyst-type roles.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple trackers at once.
• Clear and confident written English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize many moving tasks without losing accuracy.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and follow processes without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain internal trackers related to clinician reviews, onboarding, and approvals.
• Update statuses across multiple steps such as kickoff emails, reminders, shipment arrivals, and completed reviews.
• Ensure all operational steps are completed in the correct order and on time.
• Maintain tracker hygiene by closing out completed items and flagging gaps or inconsistencies.
• Communicate with brands throughout the review process, including approvals or rejections.
• Pass relevant brand information to Medical Advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Send clear, professional updates to clients at each stage of the workflow.
• Follow up proactively to keep timelines moving.
• Support light billing tasks such as creating subscriptions with set payment amounts.
• Assist with basic financial tracking tied to operational workflows.
• Coordinate documentation and records related to billing or subscriptions.
• Work closely with operations, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Help prioritize incoming requests across multiple stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc operational projects as the company scales.
