Workstream is seeking a Team Lead for Global Data Operations in Metro Manila. You will bridge the Operations Manager and Video Data Contributors/Quality Auditors, overseeing daily team performance, troubleshooting issues, and auditing footage for accuracy and data compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in BPO, AI data annotation, or tech operations.
• Technical aptitude with hands-on experience using multi-camera hardware or recording wearables.
• Strong attention to detail with experience auditing data deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to work with distributed/gig workforce in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily output of Video Data Contributors and Quality Reviewers.
• Track key team metrics such as daily upload volume, contributor retention, and error rates.
• Conduct regular Q&A sessions and office hours for filming protocols and hardware setup.
• Foster engagement and reduce churn across a contract-based/distributed team.
• Perform regular audits on uploaded video data to verify usability, camera positioning, lighting, and angles.
• Troubleshoot hardware setup issues and resolve uploading bottlenecks.
• Onboard new team members and coordinate hardware specs for project launches.
• Enforce data privacy protocols and track hours, logs, and completion rates.
