Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver online English classes to Korean students. The role is full-time, remote, with a focus on punctuality and a strong work ethic in a flexible home-based setting.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in education, have at least 6 months of ESL teaching experience, and demonstrate near-native English communication skills. Peak-hour availability (2 pm–11 pm PH time) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of English.
• 6+ months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated.
• Availability 2 pm–11 pm PHT; AM tutors also considered.
• Strong work ethic and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app (video class) or X-lite (phone call class).
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain professional and punctual online presence.
