Job summary

We offer full-time roles with paid training, work from home, and incentives such as service bonuses and enrollment rewards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, near-native English, and at least 6 months ESL experience; availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) is preferred.

Interviews are online via Microsoft Teams; hardware and internet requirements are listed in the job spec. Salary ranges Php22,000–Php32,000 per month, with 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an educational field is required.
• Excellent command of English and near-native communication.
• Passionate, punctual, and motivated to deliver results.
• At least 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute online ESL classes to Korean students.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and performance.
• Maintain high-quality teaching with passion and drive.
