Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to teach Korean students online. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, excellent English, and at least 6 months of ESL experience. Peak hours are 2 pm–11 pm PHT; candidates with AM availability are preferred. A positive attitude and punctuality are essential.

Compensation includes a monthly salary and incentives, with work-from-home arrangements and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months of ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm in PHT) or AM tutors.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10/20/30/40 minutes of online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
• Tutor should have a strong responsibility over their students and classes with passion and drive to develop students’ English skills.
