Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver live English lessons to Korean students. Join a growing team and enjoy a full-time position with flexible hours aligned to peak Korean study times.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in an educational field, have excellent English, near-native communication, and at least 6 months of ESL teaching experience. Strong work ethic and punctuality are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT); AM tutors also considered.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute online ESL classes to Korean students via app.
• Monitor and evaluate progress.
• Deliver engaging lessons with a focus on speaking and listening.
