Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking a dedicated Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our growing team. Deliver live English lessons to Korean students from your home using online platforms.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in an educational field, excellent English, and near-native proficiency. Availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) is preferred. Training and incentives accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Educational Field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Availability for peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT).
• Punctual work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain strong responsibility over classes with passion and drive.
