Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking a motivated online English teacher to join full-time as a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher. You will conduct 10/20/30/40 minute classes for Korean students using the Boda app or X-lite, from a quiet home setup with a strong command of English.

The role emphasizes near-native communication, punctuality, and a positive work attitude. Peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) are preferred, with incentives and long-term incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) or AM.
• Punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Provide engaging and effective English instruction with consistency.
