Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) seeks a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our growing team and teach Korean students online. You will deliver sessions from a home setup, monitor progress, and provide engaging lessons tailored to each learner.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in education, excellent English, and at least 6 months ESL teaching experience. Availability 2pm–11pm PHT is preferred; training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language and near-native communication.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• 6+ months ESL teaching experience preferred.
• Availability during peak hours 2pm–11pm PHT.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via chosen platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress throughout the course.
• Deliver engaging 10/20/30/40 minute sessions with clarity and pace.
