Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver live English lessons to Korean students in a full-time role.

You will join a growing team of native teachers and work remotely with a company focused on online education. Responsibilities include conducting 10/20/30/40 minute classes via Boda app or X-lite, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to help students improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Deliver 10/20/30/40 minute sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
