You will manage records in ATS/HRIS, coordinate with managers and HR partners, and proactively communicate with candidates to keep start dates on track. This remote role offers home-based flexibility and requires strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven onboarding experience in HR or recruitment coordination.
• Experience managing employment documents, verifications, and compliance checks.
• Familiar with employment compliance and regulatory requirements (Fed/State where applicable).
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems and standard office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent follow-up and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires with timely documentation and checks.
• Track progress and follow up with candidates to obtain missing documents.
• Maintain and update applicant and employee records in ATS and other systems.
• Coordinate collection and exchange of required employment documentation per policy and regulations.
• Identify delays or compliance concerns and escalate to management.
• Maintain confidential employee records and sensitive information securely.
