Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Reviewer to audit RN assessments for accuracy and completeness. This is a remote role working from home with US EST hours, reviewing medical documentation and providing clear feedback to RNs to ensure quality and compliance.

You will approve assessments, perform required data entry in HHA Exchange after approval, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• RN with experience reviewing clinical assessments or related healthcare documentation.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear, professional feedback to RNs.

Responsibilities

• Review RN assessment documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and errors.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and request revisions from RNs.
• Approve assessments that meet established quality and documentation requirements.
• Complete required data entry in HHA Exchange after assessments are approved.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.
