Job summary

Peak Support Global Enterprise is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist to review caregiver onboarding and verify all credentials meet company and regulatory standards before clearance.

This role partners with Recruitment and internal teams to obtain outstanding items, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely onboarding while protecting data confidentiality. Healthcare onboarding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in compliance support, onboarding, or healthcare administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing requirements and inconsistencies.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding requirements to ensure credentials are complete and current.
• Verify licenses, background checks, health clearances and other onboarding items before approval.
• Identify missing, expired, or incomplete requirements and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate caregiver compliance records.
