Job summary

Ansible Health is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our remote team. You will support patient onboarding, coordinate referrals, and assist clinical staff with care delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires excellent English communication, 2+ years in healthcare or customer service, and strong data entry and organizational skills. Offshore remote position with US-friendly hours and incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related clinical field.
Minimum 2 years in customer service or healthcare roles.
Strong understanding of the US healthcare system.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM, EMR, and Google Suite.
Clinical training or experience (nursing, nursing assistant, or clinical scribe) preferred.
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
Stable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps) and a quiet home workspace.
Ability to work in US EST time zones.

Responsibilities

Customize onboarding discussions based on patient needs and explain program benefits.
Handle inquiries across phone and email with prompt responses.
Manage referrals and ensure timely conversions within 7–10 days.
Enter data including surveys, RPM, and RTM data streams.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient care communications.
Manage inbound/outbound medical records and documentation.
Keep EMR records up to date with care notes.
Attend clinical meetings and document action items.
Collaborate with physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members.
Resolve patient issues with professional communication.
Meet daily call quotas of 75–100 interactions.
Follow incentive-based performance metrics.
