Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding GX Coordinator to guide hospitality partners through configuration and activation of messaging tools, SMS, and WhatsApp integrations. You’ll work in a high‑touch, cross‑functional role to ensure smooth launches and strong product adoption.

You’ll join a remote, global team supporting the Americas across EST hours, using Salesforce to track tasks and maintain flawless context while delivering personalized onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years in technical support or onboarding role.
• Strong telecom and regulatory understanding for global deployments.
• Experience with customer onboarding and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demystify telecom compliance and assist with A2P 10DLC approvals.
• Own the guest communication pipeline from configuration to activation.
• Coordinate onboarding follow‑ups and monitor Salesforce tasks.
• Automate repetitive questions using internal tools to speed guidance.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and convert feedback into product insights.
