Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding GX Coordinator to support our global hoteliers from a fully remote team. In this role you’ll help clients configure and activate messaging tools and phone integrations, ensuring a smooth launch and strong adoption.

You’ll engage across operations with Salesforce tasks, and you’ll apply empathy and organizational skills to manage timelines and follow-ups in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing onboarding.
• Proven high emotional intelligence and trust-building skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Ability to synthesize live-environment feedback for Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Languages: Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Demystify telecom and compliance for A2P 10DLC registrations across regulatory landscapes.
• Own the guest communication pipeline from Hosted SMS to WhatsApp Business API integrations.
• Support onboarding coaches by following up with customers and tracking Salesforce onboarding tasks.
• Automate repetitive questions using internal AI tools to free time for strategic guidance.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of account activities, compliance statuses, and technical health metrics.
