Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, account management, or customer success.
• Strong verbal and written English with a professional tone on calls.
• Comfortable leading structured video or phone onboarding sessions.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour onboarding calls, walk clients through the setup wizard step by step.
• Help customers complete all setup steps and operate independently after the call.
• Respond to post-onboarding product questions and schedule follow-up calls.
• Document customer feedback and track onboarding status for each account.
