Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to guide new hires from offer through training, coordinating background checks, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support salary discussions and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition for US-based clients on a remote-first team. A fixed US-time schedule and reliable tech setup are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in HR, onboarding, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience handling confidential information and salary discussions.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job offer meetings and clearly explain salary, benefits, and conditions.
• Gather, review, and track pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ensure systems access are ready.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and introduce company policies and tools.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and follow up on outstanding items.
