Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding GX Coordinator to support the Americas region. This remote role requires comfort with a 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM UTC window and a high-touch, launch-focused mindset to get guest communications and phone integrations up and running.

You will bring 2+ years in technical support or onboarding, strong EQ, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or onboarding
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building skills
• Able to work across multiple time zones and coordinate with Sales, Product and Support teams
• Proficiency in telecom compliance and familiarity with A2P 10DLC processes
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Demystify Telecom & Compliance and navigate regulatory landscapes for A2P 10DLC.
• Own the Guest Communication Pipeline including Hosted SMS and WhatsApp integrations.
• Act as onboarding Wing-Pilot, coordinating follow-ups and Salesforce tasks to meet timelines.
• Adopt automation and AI tools to handle repetitive questions and speed up guidance.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and translate live feedback into product insights.
