Beepo is seeking an On Call Officer to manage after-hours operations from a remote setup based in Clark, Pampanga. You will handle emergencies, manage rostering, and maintain staff availability, ensuring seamless shift transitions and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in on-call or workforce management, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience in on-call, workforce management, or emergency response.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in healthcare or disability support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-hours calls and emergencies, including staff absences and urgent client requests.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage by mobilizing staff and managing rosters.
• Maintain up-to-date staff availability, skills, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce and House Coordinators for seamless shift transitions.
• Escalate urgent issues to management while ensuring business continuity.
• Respond to after-hours incidents and document all actions taken.
• Coordinate with House Coordinators to implement urgent care solutions.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with staff, clients, and families.
